New Theme

I have been working the last few days to change the look of this blog and am now (almost) done. I still need to tweak it a little, but that seems to be a never ending process with all websites. I love the new clean look and will be using larger images with the new wider page. Great thanks to Vladimir Prelovac for this design. It’s called Amazing Grace. SEO optimized with lots of other great features. He also has a very useful plug-in, Theme Test Drive, which I used to edit this theme during conversion. It basically lets you work on a Wordpress theme offline while continuing to display your original theme online. He seems like a talented, interesting and generous guy. Thanks again, Vladimir!
Some of the old posts may look a little funny, since the images are smaller and the alignment/word wrap didn’t always translate well to the new theme, but I think the new look is worth it. I will not be going back to resize all the old images.
So I might as well try it out with some images. This first one is my dog Finn.
He and I are constant companions, best buds, and all the rest that goes on between a guy and his best friend. He is so smart that we say he has gone beyond being a K-9 and is at least a K-10. I like to think of him as the next stage in dog evolution.
This is a night shot at the local fair. 
I like to go every year and experiment with long exposures and motion. I get a lot of really cool shots this way and look forward to it every year. That and the music.
